Can we frame the market emphasis on exchange over trade in some way? We called this a distributive market as a critique of normalised competition that dominates a perception of markets and economics. I'm not sure our motives really come across. Can we collect that in some way that communicates/presents/asks whether we have forgotten that markets are instruments, supposed to work for us, not vice versa...? What is the value of a market if it makes its subjects behave in a way they don't want to...--Trevor 12:55, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
